Refund Policy

Do we offer refunds?

In short, yes—refunds are available if your application is not approved by the Ministry of Education. However, the 3,000 THB administration fee is non-refundable.

To fully understand our refund policy, it is helpful to first become familiar with the overall application process.

STEP 1: Approval by the Education Ministry (Partial Refund Guaranteed)

The first step in the process is obtaining an approval letter from the Ministry of Education. To begin, all applicants must complete our application form and submit the required documents. Once the payment of 70% tuition fee (deposit) has been received, we will forward your documents to the Ministry for review.

If the Ministry of Education does not approve your application, We, Thai Solutions Language School, will issue a refund, deducting a 3,000 THB administrative fee.

Although we provide visa assistance at no additional cost and do not charge any registration or processing fees, the 3,000 THB fee is necessary to cover administrative costs in the event of a refund.

STEP 2: Visa Application (Non-Refundable)

After the Ministry of Education approves your application, you are officially authorized to study Thai in Thailand.

The next step is to use the approval letter to apply for an education visa. This must be done at a Thai embassy, consulate, or immigration office in order to obtain legal permission to stay in the country.

Please note that if your visa application is denied by any of these authorities, we are unable to offer a refund.
