We kindly ask all applicants to carefully read and fully understand our Refund and Cancellation Policy
BEFORE proceeding with any payments.
Please be aware that once payment has been made, all fees are strictly non-refundable,
regardless of any changes in personal circumstances.
1. Education Visa (ED Visa) Application Timeline
If you are applying for an Education Visa (ED Visa),
please note that the Ministry of Education (MOE) issues the visa support letter only once.
The applicant must submit the visa application within 30 days of the letter’s issuance date.
Failure to submit your application within this period will result in the expiration of the letter,
and no refund will be granted under any condition.
You may, however, continue your studies with us using another type of valid visa.
2. Refund Policy for Visa Denial or Rejection
- If your Education Visa (ED Visa) application is denied by the Ministry of Education, you will be eligible for a full tuition fee refund.
- If your application is approved by The Thai Ministry of Education BUT rejected by The Thai Immigration Office at Chaengwattana,
the refund will be processed minus the following non-refundable charges:- Administrative processing fee: 4,000 THB (Submitted to the MOE)
- Immigration application fee for an ED visa conversion: 2,000 THB
All other terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy remain applicable.
3. Non-Refundable Charges
Please take note of the following strictly non-refundable items:
- All payments made are non-refundable, except under the specific conditions outlined above.
- Fees for documents, textbooks, and Immigration processing are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be issued to students who are absent from scheduled lessons or classes
or not anymore continue studying with their own decision circumstance. - No refund will be given if The Education Visa is cancelled by either
The Thai Immigration Office or The Thai Ministry of Education. - No refund will be issued if the applicants fail to follow our instructions while
their ED visa application is being processed.
For example; this includes situations where they do not come to the school upon request
or fail to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe.
4. Non-Transferable Payments
All payments for tuition and related services are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to any other individual under any circumstance.
5. Refund Processing Procedure
Refunds, where applicable, will be issued only to the original applicant.
If you wish to authorize a third party to receive the refund, you must provide:
- A signed authorization form
- A valid ID or passport copy of the designated recipient
Please Note:
- Refund processing takes approximately 7 to 10 business days from the date of request.
- An appointment is required to initiate the refund process.
- Refunds are processed promptly but are not issued immediately.
6. Course Application Validity
Once your tuition payment is received, your course application is valid for 12 months.
If there is no communication or contact from you within 12 months (one year),
your application will be considered expired.
To resume your studies, a new registration and application will be required.
7. Student Conduct and School Policy
We are committed to maintaining a respectful and professional learning environment.
The school reserves the right to cancel course enrollment or revoke an Education Visa
under the following circumstances:
- If a student posts inappropriate, defamatory, or baseless content about the school on any public or private platform.
In such cases, no refund will be granted.
Further legal or administrative action may be taken in accordance with Thai law and The Thai Ministry of Education Regulations.
